Morris Cattle Company is hosting our first online only livestock and show equipment sale, online bidding begins to close on June 25th at 7 p.m. There will be approximately 15 head of cattle halter broke to tie and lead, ready to go home. Cattle will include heifers and steers. We will also have show equipment.

Todd Morris Auction Company reserves the right to deny registration to any bidder at its sole discretion. A $10.00 per head per day feed and yardage fee will be applied after 10 days unless prior written arrangements have been made with Todd Morris Auction Company. All livestock is sold FOB buyer's trucks. All shipping, transportation, and associated costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated in the lot description. ------------------------------------------------------ HEALTH PAPERS & TRANSFER: Seller will provide a health certificate for the state of origin at time of sale. Health entry requirements for the state of destination are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Buyer is responsible for all regulatory requirements, permits, and costs for transportation to their destination state. Any required brand inspections or additional paperwork are the buyer's responsibility. ------------------------------------------------------ WARRANTIES & REPRESENTATIONS: There is no implied guarantee of temperament, fertility, soundness, production, or any other uncontrollable conditions or circumstances. There are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on any livestock sold. Any disputes arising from transactions at Todd Morris Auction Company shall be resolved in Howard County, Arkansas. Todd Morris Auction Co. consignment auctions are auctions that have items or lots that may or may not have a reserve. These reserves are private and cannot be disclosed until after the completion of the sale. Please bid with precaution, as all bids are confirmed bids. Any item with a reserve can have its reserve lifted or removed before the completion of the sale.
